It’s Official! Ambleside Park is Our New Home
Artisan Farmers’ Market Society is pleased to announce the Ambleside Artisan Farmers’ Market site will remain in the Ambleside Village area, at Ambleside Park, only three blocks from its former location (map below).
Special Thank You to District of West Vancouver Staff and Council, and Coast Salish Nation
We want to extend special thanks to the District of West Vancouver staff who worked tirelessly and closely with our Society and all stakeholders, including the Ambleside & Dundarave Business Improvement Association, to find a suitable location acceptable to all.
As well, we are appreciative of Mayor Smith and Council’s support for the market and their desire to provide a community gathering place where locals can meet farmers, bakers and artisans offering fresh locally grown produce, meat, seafood, home baking, and fresh meals, plus hand-made jewelry, clothing, soaps, cosmetics, and a wide variety of home products. The recommendation and Council meeting details may be found here.
We respectfully and gratefully acknowledge that Ambleside Artisan Farmers’ Market will be held Sundays on unceded Coast Salish Territory.
