Jobs and Contract Positions

We are looking for a total of ten part-time team members, six of whom are students aged 15 to 30, to join the Artisan Farmers’ Markets Society this summer. Team members will assist in bringing sustainable and environmentally-friendly local produce, prepared food and handmade products to Burnaby, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver on a weekly basis.

We’re happy to offer the following positions to choose from

Student Positions: To be eligible, you must be returning to school in the fall and be between 15-30 years of age.

  • Chilliwack: Financial Analyst (students only)
  • Burnaby: Environmental Steward (students only)
  • Burnaby: Business Process Engineer (students only)
  • North Vancouver: Food Security Advisor (students only)
  • North Vancouver: Vendor Liaison (students only)
  • West Vancouver: Environmental Steward (students only)

  • North Shore: First Nations Event Coordinator
  • All Locations: #BuyBC Customer Loyalty Project Coordinator

For every position, Food Safe/Market Safe Certification and Standard First Aid Certification is a benefit.


Interviews are occurring as applications come in, so apply right away! Candidates will be interviewed in person on Saturday, May 5 and Sunday, May 6, onsite at all farmers’ markets.
